This report summarises the latest information on health outcomes, health system performance and the broader determinants of health for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, drawing from the Health Performance Framework measures. Measures of health status, determinants of health and health system performance drawn from the framework show mixed results.

This report seeks to unpack the experience of Cherbourg, a small Aboriginal Community in Queensland, in implementing a doorknocking approach to understanding and supporting Community members’ mental health and social and emotional wellbeing. It highlights the need for mental health initiatives to be more responsive to the unique needs of Aboriginal Communities.

This report provides an in-depth analysis of rights-based climate litigation, making recommendations for how legal services, communities, policymakers and governments can progress climate justice.

This audit examined implementation of recommendations in relation to mandatory minimum requirements (MMRs) for Indigenous employment and procurement by the Australian Government. It found some departments had only partly implemented the prior recommendations and makes eight recommendations to improve compliance with the MMRs.

This paper presents findings from a 2023 Indigenist qualitative study exploring how disability service providers in Southeast Queensland support Indigenous peoples with disabilities. It found Indigenous-managed organisations demonstrated an Embedded Cultural Base model where cultural values were deeply woven into governance, service delivery, and community engagement.
