Description
This report presents the findings of a review of the Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) worker pilot training programme. The purpose of the review was to assess whether the pilot had achieved the intended outcomes and, if it had (at least in part), identify if any changes are required to ensure strong future performance.
The review objectives were to:
• assess the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of the pilot programme, and to
• recommend if there should be a second phase of the programme, and if so, identify the parameters of the possible size and scope of the programme.
