On 9-10 March 2007, the second workshop for IFACCA researchers was held in Singapore, hosted by the National Arts Council of Singapore (NAC) and IFACCA. Fifteen delegates from seven countries attended the workshop (participants are listed at the end). This paper contains a summary of discussions, recommendations and outcome of the workshop.
