A new discussion paper summarising homelessness issues and data in the United States, Canada and Europe. The major findings of this paper are being presented at the National Homelessness Conference. The paper argues that whilst homelessness in Australia is substantial and needs attention, we are well placed, compared to other Western countries, to develop a comprehensive national plan to prevent and reduce homelessness.
