Description
Sixteen children and young people, aged between 7 and 17 years, each participated in an in-depth interview that focused on their experiences and perceptions of their rights and "best interests", decision-making processes, and arrangements that affected them following their parents' separation. This article will discuss the children's perceptions about how decisions were made immediately after separation, their own participation in these decisions and their thoughts about the concept of equal parenting time.
