This paper explores disability and cultural diversity, barriers and challenges and enablers and ways forward to help people with disability from CALD backgrounds to achieve greater social and economic inclusion. It comes at a time of major social policy reform, with the rollout of the NDIS and the shift towards a rights-based and inclusive vision in the disability area.
