Description
The Northern Territory government is enhancing the delivery, convenience and accessibility of digital government services through the launch of this Digital Transformation Plan. The plan continues the government’s digital transformation journey towards a more streamlined and convenient service for Territorians and businesses.
The plan outlines five key transformation priorities for government, including:
- an online service portal that will act as a single digital entry point to access government services
- individual digital identities for Territory citizens and businesses, making it faster for customers to access their records and pre-populate online government forms
- improving how government captures, stores, shares and analyses NT government data
- modernising current digital government platforms to make them easier to use
- increasing staff confidence with digital services through training opportunities.
