The Australian Government is developing the National consumer engagement strategy for health and wellbeing to strengthen partnerships between health policy-makers (in government and non-government) and the community.

The strategy will aim to support policy-makers and the community to work with consumers to design and develop health and wellbeing policies and programs.

The public can now give feedback on the draft strategy and the government will use the feedback from this consultation to help develop the final strategy. The public consultation period closed 4 September 2023.
