Blueprint for a great childhood in South Australia
Children instinctively know that having a great childhood involves them learning how to be happy, healthy, and hopeful, as well as how to be confident in themselves and their identity. The responsibility of adults is to listen to what children and young people tell us about their lives, and to deliver on the things they’ve said they need across six key domains: family, fun, friendships, freedom, future and fulfilment.

This guide takes the voices of South Australian children and young people expressing their needs and provides useful tips to meet those needs across the six key domains.
