Jobs Online measures changes in job vacancies in New Zealand advertised by businesses on the two main internet job boards – SEEK and Trade Me Jobs. The trend series is used as it reduces the month-to-month volatility.

Changes to regional reporting

This report now reports the trend for ten regions. This new series is available from August 2010. The usual five region breakdown is still available to provide a longer term view.
