About the report: This report brings together the high level learning from the Consumer Engagement in Energy Networks: Innovations & Challenges forum on 3 June 2014. The forum aimed to assist energy network businesses in Australia, to develop their consumer engagement strategies as part of their price reset process. The forum brought together experts from regulatory bodies, government departments, industry, and consumer organisations to grapple with various approaches to consumer engagement.
