Cost of living crisis relief: insights from the COVID-19 financial support policies
This paper examines how two major policies responding to the COVID-19 pandemic affected the wellbeing of eligible recipients, one that increased liquidity by releasing personal savings and one that increased wealth through a government transfer. The findings suggest the former raised life satisfaction while the latter did not.

Machine learning map of climate policy literature reveals disparities between scientific attention, policy density, and emissions
Systematic mapping of the relevant scientific literature on climate policies at scale and in real-time to create a 'living systematic map' of climate policy research. Results suggests a potential stark under-representation of industry sector policies, as well as diverging attention between science and policy with respect to economic and regulatory instruments.

HIA housing policy scoreboard
This scoreboard ranks and benchmarks each State and Territory by their ability to counter critical housing supply issues, in particular in reference to the goals set out in the 2022 National Housing Accord. Ten policies and mechanisms contribute to the ranking. South Australia leads the ranks, with the Australian Capital Territory ranked lowest.
