This report reflects a whole-of-government effort to assess how evaluation is currently used to determine what works, for whom, and why. Findings show promising signs of increased evaluation efforts across the Australian Government. However, further work is needed to ensure evaluation practices are consistent, high‑quality and routinely used to inform policy design and delivery.

This report identifies key facilitators contributing to the persistently high rates of sexual harassment experienced by LGBTQ young people in the workforce. It recommends training and education to increase sexual harassment literacy for employers and employees and improve cultural safety, particularly in sectors of high-risk.

This research explored the organisational characteristics contributing to positive wellbeing for workers with intellectual disability. It found the key elements were: diversity of roles, customised training and task matching, flexible rosters, a range of workplace environments and providing tailored support.
