This report explores the role of knowledge intermediaries in the field of education. It draws on a survey of 288 organisations across 34 countries to examine how these organisations facilitate the use of research in policy and practice. The report identifies gaps in skills and infrastructure and emphasises the need for better co-ordination and evaluation.

This evaluation of the report identified 25 recommendations to improve the communication and promotion, accessibility and utility of the report.
