The Elder Abuse Prevention Unit (EAPU) Helpline provides information, support and referrals to older people and those who witness or suspect that an older person is experiencing abuse or neglect. This report contains a range of descriptive statistics and analyses of helpline data collected during the 2021–22 financial year.

The ‘Living with COVID’ program was a national approach to connecting COVID positive people with the right level of care in the post-acute phase of the national COVID Response.
