Description
Two practical guides with fillable forms designed to help initiate the Customised Employment process for people with disability. Customised Employment tailors a job or self-employment to fit the interests, contributions and conditions for success of a person, while also meeting the needs of a business or the market for a product or service.
The guides are:
- Discovery Record
This document has been designed as a starting point to record observations and conversations about the person’s interests, contributions and conditions for success. Information discovered during this process can be captured in the record. - Business/job seeker compatibility analysis
This is used in the second step of Customised Employment. Job developers can use this form to gather information needed to successfully support job seekers into a customised work role. It helps to identify employer needs and works with the employer to identify a specific job for the person by considering three possible areas of need.
