This report considers the Royal Darwin Hospital's current policy framework, practices supporting clinical governance and the structural relationships between corporate and clinical governance within the hospital and between the hospital and the NT Department of Health and Families.

The review was conducted by Ms. Kaye Hogan, Dr Taffy Jones and Professor Jeffrey Braithwaite between November 2008 and February 2009, addressing the Terms of Reference, with the specific aim "to make recommendations on any matter relating to governance at the RDH including the current policy framework, practices supporting clinical governance and the structural relationships between corporate and clinical governance within the hospital and between the hospital and the NT Department of Health and Families."
