Swinburne University of Technology undertook a multi-stage research project to assess the economic benefit and public value of the Australia MedicAlert Foundation (AMAF). This research reviewed publicly available health data, included a comprehensive survey of current AMAF members, and used several research frameworks to develop its conclusions.

Measuring Australia’s digital divide: the Australian digital inclusion index 2021
The Australian Digital Inclusion Index uses survey data to measure digital inclusion across three dimensions of access, affordability and digital ability. The research explores how these dimensions vary across the country and across different social groups. The 2021 Australian Digital Inclusion Index marks the first year of reporting using Australian Internet Usage Survey data.

Building data capacity in the not-for-profit sector: interim report
The preliminary findings presented in this interim report explore the features of data transformation among representatives of the Australian not-for profit (NFP) sector. This report draws on interviews with representatives from Australian NFP organisations and 13 workshop participants at the Infoxchange Group 'Connecting Up' conference in May 2021.
