The purpose of this research is to assess the change in individual outcomes for people with disability and complex needs after moving into newly built, individualised apartments in the community.

This survey report explores the participation of community housing providers (CHPs) in the disability housing market, to understand the challenges, barriers and opportunities for CHPs who are providing housing to NDIS participants that are funded for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).

This report summarises the findings of workshops and interviews held in 2021 with NDIS participant tenants living in co-located Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), as well as SDA and on-site shared support.
