This draft code of practice has been prepared to support the prevention of workplace discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment and bullying in the live performance industry. It affirms our industry’s commitment to providing safe, respectful, inclusive and flexible workplaces.

Work on the draft code commenced during 2017 and is now being released to members and industry stakeholders for consultation. The consultation period closes on 26 March 2018.
