Three waste streams will be diverted into a value adding composting system locally. The resultant compost and mulch will be utilised in municipal parks, gardens, ovals, street trees and community gardens.

• Site requirements/buffer zones;
• Potential markets;
• Cost and performance estimates;
• Makes recommendations for the future development of these processes.
