The work is separated into three work packages addressing:

2. New skills development; and
3. Innovation pathways

The opportunity assessment uses quantitative and qualitative data to capture a holistic view of pathways to mapping the energy sector workforce, skills and training landscape, and innovation pathways. It also outlines a myriad of opportunities for Australia to address the clean energy transition through the development of the workforce underpinning the sector, and to strengthen the innovation pathways that support its growth.
