This executive summary details recommendations from the exploratory, qualitative research conducted alongside the ACMI (Australian Centre for the Moving Image) CEO Digital Mentoring Program pilot in 2021.
The program aims to develop the digital mindsets of senior decision-making staff within the Australian cultural sector and across art forms and practices. In doing so, the program aims to develop capacity, awareness, and improve the internal ability of cultural institutions and organisations to undergo digital transformation.
