Description
Professionals in child and family services work to make a meaningful difference for the families they support. Evaluation can provide a clearer understanding of the difference their work is making, and for whom, as well as identifying areas that can be improved. This webinar focuses on the application of culturally inclusive principles in evaluation, including topics such as data collection methods, cultural timing and the importance of language.
Culturally inclusive principles are discussed in relation to a recently completed case study evaluation. The webinar will be of interest to practitioners, managers and evaluators working in child and family services.
The webinar provides:
- insight into how culturally inclusive principles have been applied in a real-world evaluation
- an understanding of how to be culturally inclusive when undertaking evaluation.
