This strategy has been developed in response to the Australian Public Service Commission 2024 capability review of Services Australia. It outlines the operating context for the next four years and the actions that will be taken.
The strategy provides guidance on how the agency will lift capability across six strategic themes:

- Productivity and efficiency
- Integrity
- Technology and data foundations
- Partnership.
