The 2015 ICT Sector Report is the second in a series that provides in-depth analysis of New Zealand’s information and communications technology sector, and highlights New Zealand’s very strong performance in the ICT industry over the last few years. The first was published in 2013.
This report profiles New Zealand’s fast growing information technology software and services sector, with a special focus on IT exports. IT software and services exports were valued at $930 million in 2015, and have grown at 14 per cent per annum in the last six years. The report also investigates the increasing digitisation of the New Zealand economy.

- Strong employment growth with more vacancies than any other sector in the economy
