The Department of Communities and Justice (NSW) commissioned the Centre for Social Impact to conduct this evidence review, which examines what community engagement or community development theories, practices and activities have been found to contribute to community wellbeing for vulnerable children, young people and families.

From October 2020 to June 2022, DVassist provided a service designed to help people in 58 regional, rural, and remote areas of Western Australia experiencing family and domestic violence (FDV) through making local connections, education and providing counselling and case management.
