This paper draws on the latest National Assessment Program Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) data to discuss student participation and engagement with the tests – factors which impact the quality and usefulness of the results. The paper highlights important considerations for interpretation of student results and future implementation of NAPLAN.

Impact of COVID-19 on School-based Vaccination Programs module 1, 2 & 3: final report


This evaluation found that overall, pandemic impacts on vaccination uptake in adolescents were relatively limited in Australia compared to other countries. However, the number of adolescent vaccinations given in 2020 and 2021 was lower than in 2019.

The University of Queensland and the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust also hope that it will encourage more partnership approaches toward developing public policy that are informed by broad groups of experts, including Churchill Fellows.
