Description
The State of the Service Report (SOSR) provides data and information on changing workforce trends and workforce capability. It also details the activities and human resource management practices of APS agencies.
It draws on a range of information sources including a survey sent to all APS agencies employing 20 or more staff under the PS Act and the results of the APS employee survey.
