This report provides an overview of the mental health and wellbeing following Australia’s 2019-20 bushfires, with data recorded 12-18 months after the bushfire season ended. Six key recommendations are put forward to meet the ongoing mental health and wellbeing needs of people affected by bushfire.

Evaluation
Utilising soft skills training to enhance work readiness
This evaluation was of a behavioral insights driven soft skills training program designed to maintain and build the psychological work readiness of highly disadvantaged job seekers. The evaluation found the training to be highly effective and made a number of recommendations to inform future programs.
