The Recruiting for Diversity project set out to identify what hinders and supports human resource departments in Melbourne's west to adopt fair, accessible and equitable recruitment practices within their organisations. Through these conversations, HealthWest have learnt that whilst there is broad support for workplace diversity, particularly from organisational leaders, there are a variety of practical strategies that organisations can take to improve employment access for people from a range of life circumstances, backgrounds and identities.  

This report shares what researchers heard around challenges and opportunities from six local organisations in Melbourne's west, working towards greater employment inclusivity.
