The nature of work is also changing, locally and globally, bringing new challenges and opportunities for Australian employers and workers. Employment services and supports have a critical bridging role to play in this environment.

  • what we know about what works
  • what works
  • what doesn't work
  • what we don't know
  • implications for employment services.

This summary is accompanied by a full report and evidence synthesis resource list.
