Local Decision Making is an initiative that aims to transform the way the New South Wales Government agencies engage with Aboriginal communities regarding service delivery. This report presents overarching preliminary findings and case studies that illustrate how communities are strengthening their leadership and governance around service delivery through regional governance bodies.

This review is being conducted to determine whether the policy objectives of the 2019 Ageing and Disability Commissioner Act, created to help protect vulnerable adults with disability and older people, remain valid and the terms of the Act are still appropriate to help meet those objectives.

The Aboriginal Employment Strategy 2019-2025 provides New South Wales public sector agencies with the best practice, connections, information, and resources to drive Aboriginal employment outcomes and priorities. The strategy was first developed in 2019, and was refreshed in 2022 to mark the mid-way point of the strategy's lifespan.
