This evaluation of the first phase of the Local Jobs Program, a collaborative initiative to develop local employment solutions, found evidence the program was contributing to positive outcomes. A large majority of stakeholders valued the model and believed the program could make a positive contribution to local employment priorities.

This evaluation reviews a program providing access to simpler, quicker court processes for post-separation property matters with small asset pools. The findings support the implementation of the pilot program on an ongoing basis with a national rollout, with some improvements, including to the definition of small asset pools, suggested.
