This report is the committee's final substantive report. It covers a wide range of issues relating to insecure and precarious work. In this report, the committee has been able to bring together evidence on a number of remaining issues, including—critically—casual work and the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on job security.

This inquiry examined the issue of maximising the benefit of Australia's oil and gas reserves.

This report aims to examine the vast opportunities for aquaculture in Australia, the barriers faced by industry in expanding their operations, and possible improvements to regulation and policy to support a strong Australian aquaculture sector into the future.

A key recommendation in this report is that the Australian government should support initiatives to improve innovative use of land tenure systems across northern Australia and to make land management more effective and beneficial for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
