Early intervention developmental programming and childhood academic outcomes
This article reports on research into the relationship between children receiving early intervention services and their later academic outcomes. The findings suggest that early intervention services for children younger than 3 years with moderate to severe developmental delays or disabilities had tangible academic benefits later in childhood.
