Through this document, the Morrison Government outlines its response to the 2020 Australian Human Rights Commission inquiry report, and sets out its long-term commitment to preventing and addressing sexual harassment in Australian workplaces.

The Online Employment Services Trial (OEST) evaluated whether unemployed job seekers receiving the JobSeeker Payment could achieve similar or better outcomes through online employment services compared to traditional, provider-based services. It found online services delivered similar or better outcomes at lower cost and informed policy during COVID-19 and supported a broader shift to digital services.
